Remdex Terms and Conditions

RETURNING PRODUCTS
We trust that you will be satisfied with any item provided by us but if you wish to return a product then we aim to make it a quick and convenient process. Any product may be returned within 21 days from date of purchase as long as it remains in saleable condition and is returned in the original manufacturer's packaging.
With the exception of faulty products we can not accept the return of certain items that have been opened and/or used eg product specials obtained specifically for you, CD, DVD, tapes or other recording products, software or videos if their seal is broken, and perishable goods.
Returning or exchanging products is easy. Just give us a ring and we will make the arrangements for you.

PRICE PROMISE
We value your continued custom and appreciate that your time is better spent developing your business rather than checking office product prices. That is why we have introduced our price commitment.
If, within 14 days, you notice an identical product at a lower price than that invoiced by us then we will credit any difference in full subject to the exclusion of promotional offers and the provision of printed competitor standard pricing.

FREE DELIVERY
Deliveries are made free across the whole of mainland UK subject to a minimum order value of just £30 excluding vat

PURCHASE ORDERS
Purchases made from this site can only be accepted for UK mainland delivery and each transaction shall be deemed to incorporate the Remdex UK Limited terms and conditions.
Payments can only be made in pounds sterling in accordance with the conditions of payment applicable at time of purchase. The listing of products on this site constitutes an invitation to trade and not a formal offer.

TERMS OF PAYMENT ON CREDIT ACCOUNT
Accounts are due for payment on or before the last day of the month following the date of delivery.

OWNERSHIP
Ownership of goods shall not pass until cleared funds for the total price has been received by Remdex UK Limited. Until the ownership of the goods has passed to the Customer, the Customer shall act as bailee of the goods for Remdex UK Limited and, as far as reasonably practicable, shall store the goods so that they are readily identifiable as the property of Remdex UK Limited.

VALUE ADDED TAX
All prices are subject to the applicable level of Value Added Tax.

LIABILITY
Remdex UK Limited shall have no liability to the Customer for indirect or consequential loss.The entire liability for a product(s) that has passed into ownership of a Customer, and the Customer's remedies shall be limited to, at the option of Remdex UK Limited and in accordance with our Returns policy from time to time, a credit note in respect of the amount paid by the Customer to Remdex UK Limited for such product(s) or the replacement or repair of the item(s
